Invoicing happens every day ?

Hi..

Having an issue with invoicing. I created the members and setup a membership. It created an invoice and sent it to them. 24 hours later (or less) it send them another and tonight I fear will send again. What setting did I miss here?

Is your membership product set to be a daily membership?

check your membership product's details page to make sure the recurrence is not 'daily'

I don't know if this is related but I have something similar happen to me. It will continue adding the invoice. I charges the clients once but keeps creating new invoice for the same sale.

Although it does not charge the client, it does show the amount on the client's account.
If they buy a product for $100.00, it will create the invoice 10 times and show $1000.00 on the clients account for the same product although it charges once.

I have been having this issue for ever and no one has addressed this so I am stuck with this bug.

what payment gateway are you using?

I am using PayPal only and this has been happening almost ever since I bought it and no one has been able to give me an answer.

you should check to make sure that IPN alerts are not being sent multiple times. try enabling the debug email option in Paypal's payment gateway settings to see if you are getting multiple IPN alerts.

Yes, I am getting both the invoice and pin alert multiple times.

It seems to happen with payment outside North America

Happens today again with a payment from Australia. I am dealing with it right now, watching every minute to delete the invoice before the client think I am over charging them. I have been dealing with this since I bought the script and I really need a fix.


I really need a solution for this.

when invoices are created repeatedly, is it the same invoice number or different invoice numbers sequentially?
