  1. Ok, I am starting to figure it all out but still having problems. What I have been doing was trying to edit the form field names in the database and also add more fields which breaks the form. What file would I have to change to make it work? I can leave it jrox_custom_field_1 etc. but I do need to be able to add more fields than the 10 it lets you have.
  2. I am trying to get the custom forms to show in the affiliate area as they should. I have tried several solutions but none work. The users should be able to update these custom fields. I have tried this solutions. http://community.jrox.com/custom-form-fields#.VvZbHDGXOzQ I can get it to show up but not properly in the tabs and when I click on submit I am getting this error. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A Database Error Occurred Error Number: 1054 Unknown column 'jrox_custom_field_11
  3. I would certainly be interested in something like this but I am not sure if there would be enough people interested. I have been using Jem for at least 5 years. Jem is one of the best affiliate scripts out there and a good price but it is also very buggy and the support is well...Just post a question on this forum and you will get the idea.
  4. I have messed around with Jem for years and love most everything about it. One problem I am having is with payment processors. Jem and Jam are basically for MLM and matrix type sites. Most all of the payment processors you have set up strictly forbid mlm and matrix type sites. What payment processors can we safely use with these sites? I have spent a lot of time on the phone calling these payment processors and person answering the phone has no clue what an mlm even is and have to go through a line of people to get an answer and it is always no you cannot use us with that type of sit
  5. Is there a way we can code it into the content or something? I know there has to be a way to do that. Is there a way you can give me the code used for the drip day? If I know where the code is I can use it to call for the date in other areas where it will work the way I want it to. If I have to code it into each article individually I will. Every other option I have looked at for drip feeds allows it but lacks on the affiliate side of things. Your affiliate software is great but how are we supposed to get members to stay when we cannot tease content to them that will be coming after tim
  6. Is there a way to tease the drip feed content? A way to show the title and maybe a little of the content and then say "this content will be available in x days"? That is important with drip fed content. It really helps retain clients when they see exciting content that is coming soon. I am trying different software to put a site on and jem and jam are the best ones I have found except for the drip feed aspect. I am hoping there is a way to do that. Any help would be great, thank you very much.
  7. I am trying to figure out how to drip feed content and am having no luck. You used to be able to do it in the options tab on the content update but that tab no longer exists. I am talking about x days after joining not just setting publish date. Here is a link to it in the knowledgebase. http://jem.jrox.com/kb/article/can-i-setup-a-drip-based-marketing-content-feed Any help would be greatly appreciated, I really need this for a site I am building.
