  17. In order to pay affiliates via Paypal, you need to make sure each affiliate has entered their valid paypal email address in their account profile

  20. the signup link is just an alphanumeric name. You need to enter something unique with less than 25 characters. It is just an identification ID for your program.

  22. You can set the minimum payout for affiliates in Settings > Global Configuration > Marketing > Affiliate Marketing tab. Scroll down to the Minimum Affiliate Payment field and enter the amount that you want.
  23. do you have display_errors enabled in PHP? If you can enable that temporarily, you can see what the errors might be.. Hope that helps.
