JAM integration code issue

i want to make a commision per sales, i already try to Integrate JAM Using PHP Code. but this part gives something error, i can't put in production:

$_COOKIE['jamcom']

how can i correct it?

that code is the PHP code for the tracking cookie. You need that to generate commissions as JAM will read it and view what affiliate referred the customer.
