Its not funny. We have Lets Encrypt for our Website. Nevertheless, error messages come. If we only enter the domain name, there will be no secure connection. If we enter https://domainname.com then it is a secure connection. What could be the problem?  We remember that in the previous version a change had to be made in the config.php , is that also the case here?

Hope you can get the SSL issue fixed ..

 

Is the actual SSL certificate installed? Can you go to the https version of the site?

 

If so, then you can force ask to be used on the site by editing your application/config/config.php file and set the http to be https
